Lyn Boyles

Ms. Lyn Boyles is the Executive Director for the Jasper Soil & Water Conservation District and Keep Jasper County Beautiful and serves as the Board Chair of Royal Live Oaks Academy of the Arts & Sciences Charter School.  Additionally, she is Vice-Chair of the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce, Affiliate Chair of Keep South Carolina Beautiful, Vice-Chair of Lowcountry Resource Development Council, and serves on the Jasper County Transportation Committee. Ms. Boyles is also a Daughter of the King of Holy Trinity Anglican Church.

Ms. Boyles is involved with various community outreach initiatives and is a dedicated volunteer for Jasper County, focusing on a healthy climate for our citizens, smart growth in development, and better education to further our future generations. 

Just a few of the most recent awards and honors Ms. Boyles has received include the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce Business Education Partner of the Year for 2017, 2020 Keep South Carolina Beautiful Litter Prevention Affiliate of Year, 2020  Keep America Beautiful Outstanding Performance Event Award, 2021 City’s Best Award for Jasper Conservation District,  2022 Palmetto Pride Affiliate Recognition Award, the South Carolina Association of Counties County Council Support Award, and the 2024  South Carolina Litter Control Association Individual Leadership Award.  Ms. Boyles has recently been contracted to lead a grassroots litter prevention program for 5 counties with the George Washington Regional Commission of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Ms. Boyles holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Springhill College, Mobile, Alabama, and a Certified Nonprofit Professional from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
