Roger Bright

Mr. Roger Bright, a native of Louisville, KY, is the previous owner of Bright Properties, Roger Bright Builders, and Bright Construction.

Mr. Bright owned and operated his businesses for over 4 years and was the primary developer for office complexes, shopping centers, hotel development, and multi-family complexes throughout the Ohio Valley region. Prior to joining the Forino Co., L.P., Mr. Bright served as the President of the Home Builders Association of Louisville, where he was selected as Builder of the Year, Developer of the Year, and Entrepreneur of the Year by the City of Louisville. In his spare time, Mr. Bright served as the chairman of the Boys and Girls Club of Louisville for 10 years and coached 17 Little League teams. In late 2020, Mr. Bright joined Forino South Carolina as a Project Manager and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2022. Mr Bright currently oversees all the commercial and general contracting operations of all of Forino South Carolina throughout Jasper and Beaufort Counties and in Georgia. He is a member of the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Land Development Council, the Public Policy Committee of the Chamber, and

the Royal Live Oak Wicks Foundation.
